Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Here you will specialise in finding senior/management level engineers and partnering them with your clients across the UK and Europe. The firm already have long standing relationships with over 200 global clients, which offers you the chance to hit the ground running. On top of this, you are also able to build up your own client base, again offering the chance for excellent development! The team place huge value on collaboration, as can be seen through their training structure. This involves learning directly from the founders of the company, the senior management team, and taking part in seminars alongside other trainees.
