Traffic Management Operative

Reporting into the Traffic Management Supervisor, the Traffic Management Operative will be responsible for deploying Traffic Signals on both planned and reactive Traffic Projects. Additionally, this role will assist in the execution of Permanent Traffic Signal Works, ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and safely.
This role is vital in ensuring the safe and effective management of traffic systems, contributing to the smooth flow of vehicles and pedestrians in urban environments in the Walsall and surrounding areas.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out safety check of equipment
- Carry out battery swap outs
- Deploying traffic management on both planned and reactive works
- Assist the Installation and Engineering teams whilst onsite
- Ensure compliance with site specifications, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
