To provide a Senior TPM Tooling Service to support the ongoing needs of the Tooling & Manufacturing departments within Nifco UK Limited. The main purpose of the role being to undertake the TPM cleaning of Mould Tools work necessary to operate a world class manufacturing department. The role will also involve carrying out minor repairs and investigations.

Main Duties:

  • Carry out TPM of all mould tools
  • Location and movements of tools between production and tooling departments
  • Carry out TPM cleaning maintenance of production mould tools
  • Minor refurbishment and repair of mould tools with guidance from Toolmakers using bench work techniques
  • Support safety checks and improvement activities as required
