Morson are recruiting Thermal Insulation Engineers on behalf of our prestigious client based in Barrow-In-Furness.

The Thermal Insulation Engineer is responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining thermal insulation systems for industrial equipment, pipelines, and buildings to improve energy efficiency and safety. This role involves assessing thermal performance, selecting suitable insulation materials, and ensuring that installations meet safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the thermal insulation needs of equipment, systems, and buildings, recommending appropriate materials and solutions.
  • Design and install thermal insulation on pipes, tanks, ducts, and machinery to control heat loss or gain.
  • Ensure that insulation systems are properly fitted, secure, and compliant with industry regulations and safety standards.
