We are currently seeking a Telecommunications Installation Engineerto join our fast-paced and growing project team.Job location: NationwideHours: Full time 40 hrs per weekSalary: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experienceKey Responsibilities:The installation of all types of telecommunication equipment at customer locations, primarily in Data Centres and switch sites. This will include:- Installation of equipment cabinets/Racks including server racks and Vendor specific equipment racks in both raised floor and non-raised floor environments,Installation of equipment within racks.Installation of all the associated cabling including:-AC power cabling,Cat 6/Cat 5 Network patching,Fibre patching (Eqpt to Eqpt or within ODF),Labelling of all the above in accordance with Customer specific standards,Fault finding (use of power meters, etc),Ability to splice.Carrying out site surveys.Liaising with internal and external…
