Our client is seeking a proactive experienced PA to join the Maintenance team at their Head Office in Hither Green London SE13.The position is offered on a permanent full-time basis, of which the first six months will be a probationary period.Hours: 8.30 am 4.30 pm Monday to FridayRole Description:The Team PA will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and working directly alongside the Executive PA, managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, contacting residents, arranging access and organising diaries.Additional tasks include preparing documents and presentations, coordinating events, on-line content updates, and assisting with various ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations for the team of Contracts Managers.Experience:Excellent organisational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityPrevious experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role is beneficialFlexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
