The Role As a Team Leader you will be: Managing a Team of highly experienced and successful Account Handlers You will carry out effective one-to-ones and team meetings to track performance to individual KPI\’s and keep the team informed around company updates and team progressReporting into the Operations Manager on all things service delivery, team performance and process deliveryAs a senior member of the businessyou will also provide support to the Distribution team by managing some of the larger and more complex risks as a Senior Handler The Candidate As a Team Leader you will have: Experience of managing Mid-Market to Mid Corporate sized risks – preferably within the Real Estate sectorExcellent technical insurance knowledge Experience of managing a team within an insurance settingAn ability to motivate and support the team and create an environment where your team can thrive The Reward As a Team Leader you will receive: Salary to £50,000 based on experienceExcellent Company PensionCompany bonus based on performanceComprehensive Benefits package…
