What You Will Do:
- Design, develop, and release chassis suspension components, including elastomer and hydraulic bushes, springs, dampers, roll control, and air supply commodities.
- Oversee all stages of the design, validation, and production launch of components, ensuring seamless integration with Tier 1 commodities such as links, knuckles, and frames.
- Collaborate with the Axle System Development teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated systems engineering approach.
- Contribute to achieving vehicle attribute performance goals, including refinement, vehicle dynamics, and component reliability.
- Support the delivery of engineering sign-off against customer requirements, ensuring all targets are met.
