Job descriptionBespoke Guardians are seeking staff for roles supporting children. This is a an occupational requirement due to the nature of the role and the specific requirements of the children being supported. Supporting vulnerable and complex children/young adults in a range of locations – in and out of their home.About the job role as a Support Worker:As a Support Worker, you will be key in helping our young people with everyday living. The Young persons have experienced significant abuse and trauma in their early lives. This is a challenging role, but the rewards are incomparable to any other job. You will be working in an environment where the little things that you do every day could have life-changing results on the young people in our care. Your ambition for the people you supports will help them take steps to fulfilling their potential.We specialise in providing best-in-class care and support for children and young people who have behaviours that may challenge and mental health needs.
