Job DescriptionSupervisorCongleton, Cheshire East HighwaysFull TimeRingway Jacobs has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join the maintenance team in Cheshire East.Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful candidate will deliver an end-to-end highways revenue and capital works to include reactive, emergency and planned work.The purpose of the role is to ensure operatives and supply chain partners are put to and carry out work safely. Supervising activities so that all operational elements are delivered in accordance with the relevant standards, strategies and policies of the service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise self-delivery and SCP gangs to ensure safe, high-quality work.Ensure programmes meet key milestones.Monitor work to align with Ringway Jacobs\’ specifications and procedures.Manage priorities and workload using agile/mobile working.Communicate daily with the maintenance support team.Deliver daily briefings to operatives and supply chain partners.Monitor and improve gang performance and productivity.Conduct walk, talk, and build assessments to identify risks and ensure safe, efficient delivery.Understand and enhance output and performance targets.Ensure ac…
