Lovely role, where you will provide a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and engineers. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling phone and email enquiries regarding technical / orders queries
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and engineers.
  • Processing service department orders.
  • Obtaining costs and delivery times
  • Carrying out calculations based on supplier prices
  • Liaising with carriers to resolve delivery issues when required
  • Keeping accurate records of enquiries, orders, and quotes for easy team access
