We're on the hunt for a multi-skilled Static Engineer based in Livingston to deliver top-tier maintenance, compliance, and minor project support at a key client site.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC, boilers, electrical systems, and general building services.
  • Providing first-class customer service with a can-do attitude.
  • Participating in an on-call rota (1 in 5 weeks) - Friday to Friday.
  • Supporting site-based upgrades, refurbishments, and fit-outs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Gas Safe certified and confident working on boiler systems.
  • Comfortable with electrical components - multi-skilled across M&E.
  • Clear PVG check required.
  • A proactive, reliable problem-solver with a strong eye for detail.

What You Get:

  • £36,000 - £38,000 salary, paid door to door.
  • 30 days holiday (including bank holidays).
  • Monday to Friday, no shifts: 08:00-16:30 with a 30-min unpaid lunch.
