We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team and take on the role of Sr. Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate meaningful and impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams to increase their performance, productivity, and shape culture.
This role enables you to connect, develop, and dive deep into the clientsβ businesses to facilitate team journeys that yield innovative and impactful solutions. The role also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.
