Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team, providing assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties. You will work collaboratively with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy tailored to individual needs. Remote working with travel to schools in the Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster and Barnsley areas once a month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a specialist speech and language therapy perspective in the assessment, care and teaching of children and young people accessing our educational services.
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate individualised therapy programmes based on clinical need and best practice.
- Work in partnership with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to support therapy goals and ensure consistency across environments.
