Job DescriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our small, growing paediatric team, delivering high-quality assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for children and young people with speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN). The role involves working across a variety of settings, including schools, nurseries, clinics, and homes, supporting children with a range of developmental speech, language, and social communication difficulties. We are a child-centred, inclusive service committed to neuroaffirming, evidence-based practice, and to supporting professional development.Community based across the Midlands Current school contracts based in Hinckley, Rugby & WednesburyKey Responsibilities:Clinical Duties:Assess, diagnose, and manage speech, language, and communication needs in children, using appropriate standardised and informal assessment tools.Develop and implement individual therapy plans tailored to children\’s communication needs.Deliver therapy in individual and group settings across various environments (schools, nurseries, clinics, and homes) and measure and evaluate outcomes.Support children with complex communication needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), and speech sound disorders.Work collaboratively with parents, car…
