As Sous Chef, we are looking for someone who can work closely with the Head Chef and help with the development and progression of the kitchen. Your duties will include:
- Run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, taking on their responsibilities as required
- Assist with the training and development of junior team members, supporting and offering guidance as required
- Complete preparation and service requirements as needed
- Offer support to the Head Chef and deal with any queries as needed
We are looking for someone who can be an integral part of the kitchen team. This role is ideally suited to someone who comes from a similar environment and it would be beneficial if you:
- Gained experience within a pub / restaurant environment
- Have previously held a Sous Chef or Senior Chef position
