Responsibilities and duties
- Reporting to the Area Manager you will ensure the best performance of large-scale solar assets.
- Perform operations and maintenance duties across the portfolio of solar sites in Chichester and the surrounding areas, perhaps travelling further on occasion for business needs.
- Ensure adherence to all HSE requirements when completing your duties.
- Test both DC and AC systems, looking for faults and tracing issues.
- Conduct firmware updates and use computer systems to look for issues with the assets.
- Gain Authorised Person status after receiving training.
- Consistent inspection, maintenance and testing of the systems.
- Look for trends and use data analysis to see if you can spot any common issues.
