Are you a Site Supervisor with a Forklift and Telehandler License, looking for a fresh opportunity in a close-knit, family-run business where you will work 2pm to midnight, receive hands-on training, enjoy excellent benefits, and play a key role in supporting a zero-to-landfill mission?

In the role you will take responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of both mobile and static plant operations, including an automatic baler and shredder. You'll lead and motivate a team of up to 5 operatives and be the key contact for noon-shift drivers. You'll ensure health & safety protocols are followed rigorously, stock levels are managed efficiently, and material quality meets our sustainability standards.
