Site Manager East Devon  ASAP start! A locally based, focussed and trusted Housing developer with a passion for delivery is seeking to expand their team of professionals with a Site Manager for an ongoing development. You'd be responsible for providing seasonal cover on the existing development. Supported by an Assistant Manager, you'll assume daily responsibility for sub-contractor management, Health & safety and programmed delivery. In addition to having the usual site tickets (SMSTS, CSCS card and First aid at work), you'll also need to have previous experience of closing off housing developments.
