Requirements and Qualifications
- Must possess a valid CSCS card.
- Previous experience in setting out for drainage, groundworks is essential. Structures would be a bonus but not essential.
- A degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent relevant experience is preferred but not essential.
- We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills for this 24 month role.

Setting out engineers assist the engineering team by utilizing site plans, advanced technology, and precise instruments to locate and mark both above-ground and below-ground features throughout construction projects.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Perform setting out, levelling, and surveying on site.
- Act as a liaison between engineers and the construction team to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of plans and drawings.
- Provide setting-out support to the construction team.
- Maintain a site diary.
- Report progress to the engineering and survey departments.
- Offer technical support on-site.
