Role: Service Charge Accountant Location: Wallisdown Salary: £26,000 – £30,500 per annum Holt Recruitment is working with a well-established lettings agency in Wallisdown who are looking for a Service Charge Accountant on a full-time, permanent basis. What is expected? As the Service Charge Accountant, you will be responsible for: Maintain accurate service charge accounts across the portfolio. Invoice leaseholders and monitor service charge budgets and expenditures. Reconcile accounts and prepare year-end reports and audits. Respond to leaseholder queries and liaise with property managers and contractors for accurate cost allocation. Ensure compliance with property law and accounting standards. Prepare financial reports and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Support audits and provide required financial data.
