Vertical Recruitment is working with one of the industry's leading Building Services Consultancies. This award-winning consultancy is extremely busy and now has an excellent opportunity to appoint a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team in Central Manchester.
Established over 15 years ago, the company has experienced steady growth and now has an established team of circa 25 engineers, forging an excellent industry reputation. Current projects include a range of commercial, residential, education, and healthcare schemes, featuring high-profile, net zero carbon, and landmark developments across the Northwest and beyond. Notably, the St Michaels in Manchester is a 42-storey multi-use development, along with a string of hotels for the Virgin Group.
Due to continued expansion and growth, the business has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the head office in Manchester. The ideal individual will be degree qualified and ideally chartered with CIBSE or working towards it. You will have experience in leading the delivery of building services design solutions on a range of construction projects. Strong technical ability and good client communication skills are essential. Applicants must also display knowledge in sustainable low carbon design and part L compliance.
