A Senior Unified Communications Engineer, who will actively manage, support and develop Unified Communication (UC) technologies across the Business.
You will contribute to the engineering and architecture disciplines by utilising your knowledge to plan, build, deploy and support new and existing UC technologies. You will collaborate with other teams to proactively monitor system performance, proactively addressing and resolving any issues. The role will ensure service availability is maintained and improved, leading to an enhanced user experience.
You will contribute to planning discussions on IT investments, ensuring solutions and systems are delivered in line with Information Security and Governance requirements.
This role is eligible for the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Preferred skills and experience:- Experience working as a 3rd line Unified Communications Engineer.
- Experience in designing, configuring and implementing solutions within an organisation.
- Skilled in delivering, implementing and supporting Microsoft Exchange, both Online and On Premise.
- Skilled in supporting Microsoft Teams.
- Maintaining, supporting and managing Cisco Ironports such as ESA.
