As Team Leader, you\’ll manage a team of six staff across:- Wiltshire Single Homeless Service – providing accommodation and tailored support in Salisbury for single adults experiencing homelessness.- Connect Wiltshire – a multi-agency partnership supporting individuals in early recovery or abstaining from drugs and alcohol.You\’ll provide line management and supervision, carry a small caseload, and ensure high-quality, person-centred, trauma-informed support is delivered.
