Sous chef needed for a 2 Rosette Kitchen in the Cotswolds. Our amazing client, a very busy 2 Rosette kitchen creating fresh stunning cuisine with the finest local produce, is in search of a Senior Sous Chef who can operationally lead the brigade. This is a busy property with two outlets to cater for. You will lead a team of 13 chefs while reporting to an executive chef. This role requires an operator who can lead from the front line as a true people leader.
