This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor join a leading regional contractor delivering projects across commercial, blue-light, education, training, healthcare and leisure sectors ranging from £5m – £30m.The initial project is a refurbishment of a police station valued at (£8m) where you would work as the commercial lead alongside an experienced project delivery team.Why Apply:Our client has cemented themselves as one of the leading construction employers in the Midlands.
