Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer/Technical Lead to drive the development and delivery of their core network services across the UK, Europe, and global locations. This role is key to ensuring their network services meet current and future business needs, offering both hands-on engineering expertise and strategic leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design and roadmap planning for enterprise network services.
- Ensure high levels of service functionality, performance, and adoption.
- Work closely with IT leadership, delivery teams, and 3rd-party partners.
- Drive service improvements and resolve systemic or design issues.
- Oversee connectivity services, including LAN/Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, VoIP, SIP trunking, and secure networks.
- Support government secure contracts and multi-site network environments.
Key Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of enterprise networks: MPLS, IPVPN, SD-WAN, LAN/Wi-Fi, and VoIP.
- Familiarity with CenturyLink, BT, Vodafone, and similar vendors.
Desirable:
