We are currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Estimator for a permanent position based in Derby. As the Senior Estimator you will play a vital role in our client's project planning and execution. The company is committed to growth and as a result this will be a dynamic position. You will be responsible for estimating the costs and materials required for various estimation mechanical projects from design through to build, ensuring that they are financially feasible and align with our clients' needs and industry standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will have a track record of success managing a teams of estimators.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Design and estimate mechanical projects value from £5000 up to £1,500,000. Working alongside air conditioning estimation team.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for a variety of projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Analyse project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical building services projects.
