This well-established company is at the forefront of technology and has several large projects that they are currently working on. They are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Logistics Specialist on a temporary basis to support the logistics/engineering team.
This will involve:
- Manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international shipments
- Ensure full documentation control including shipping documents, packing lists, collection notes, and tracking via SAP.
- Use your expertise in international shipping terms, documentation, and processes to ensure compliance and delivery efficiency.
- Working from client specifications to ensure that the relevant documentation is created and correct, making sure all export licenses and permits have been generated.
- Working with the engineering team to guarantee all other documentation is completed before signing off the final pack for shipping.
- Utilising ERP and CRM systems for customer data processing and order handling.
- Review and improve logistics processes.
