This individual will work closely with senior leadership, contributing to key decision-making processes and helping drive the success of the firms investment strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment SalesSell the companies fixed income products.Close business over the phone and via zoom calls.Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through research, networking, and partnerships.Assist in structuring and negotiating deal terms with counterparties.Portfolio ManagementMonitor and evaluate the performance of portfolio companies, identifying areas for growth and operational improvement.Collaborate with portfolio management teams to implement strategic initiatives.Market and Industry Research
