Are you a dedicated Senior Care Assistant with an NVQ Level 3 qualification and a passion for leading care teams? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider in Southampton looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join their team.

Roles:

  • Lead and support a team of Care Assistants on shift
  • Administer medication and ensure care plans are up-to-date
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance standards
  • Mentor and support new and junior staff members
  • Assist residents with personal care and ensure their dignity is upheld
  • Liaise with families, GPs, and external healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Previous experience in a senior or supervisory care role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
