Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a highly established, forward thinking, and successful organisation in Coventry to help them recruit a Senior Employee Relations Consultant. This is a newly created position where you will provide expert advice and guidance to the People Team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and delivering ER frameworks, policies and case management processes ensuring they align with employment law, organisational objectives and best practice. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting trade union relations and strategic initiatives.
This is a highly autonomous role where you will collaborate with inspirational leadership as well as the wider Business, giving you exposure and future opportunity for growth and development.
The role:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the People Team, offering expert guidance on complex ER matters, challenging their thought process, identifying risk, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Lead on trade union engagement, ensuring smooth negotiations and consultations.
- Develop and implement ER policies and frameworks, ensuring alignment with employment law and best practice.
- Provide coaching and training to the People team on all ER issues.
