We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Drainage Engineer to join our clients growing infrastructure team in Derby. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in infrastructure drainage design to contribute to major projects.

The role:
- To work independently and as part of a team.
- To organise, control and manage contracts within the Drainage team.
- Preparation of Surface and Foul Water drainage designs, at outline strategy, detailed planning, and construction phases including drawings, calculations, and reporting.
- Preparation of Flood Risk Assessments for planning purposes.
- Undertake site visits, walkover inspections and investigations.
- Liaise with clients, developers and architects, as well as other design team members.
- Provide written and verbal communications as well as attending meetings as requested.
