Lockton is the largest privately owned insurance broker in the world. Unencumbered by shareholders, we consistently demonstrate double digit organic growth. Our claims team is made up of over 130 claims specialists across 5 locations.
Due to the team having significantly expanded in size across the past 5 years and following a number of major client wins, we are now seeking a Senior Claims Advocate/Executive who will be responsible for managing the claims programmes of a selection of our UK P&C clients. These clients are likely to include household names in the retail, manufacturing, food & drink, hospitality and logistics sectors.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised, technical and robust claims advocate, reviewing policy coverage and making arguments on their client’s behalf to deliver outstanding claims outcomes. This role could also involve:
- Authoring technical updates
- Delivering training
- Undertaking claims audits
- Displaying a full understanding of the industry and regulatory landscape
Lockton are operating in an agile working environment and the successful candidate will be expected to be in a UK office for at least one day per week, subject to client/external meetings. This role will require travel across the UK, either to client premises or Lockton offices.
