Role: Senior CDM Consultant/ Principal Designer Location: London (offices in Central London with projects across London/ South East) Salary: Up to £65,000 + excellent benefits package Sector: Property & Construction Consultancy WRG is supporting an independent property & construction consultancy who are looking to appoint an ambitious Senior CDM Consultant/ Principal Designer to their team in Central London. Our client has an established team of construction professionals offering building surveying, cost management, project management and H&S/ CDM services to projects across London.They oversee a range of commercial, heritage (grade listed properties) and high end super prime residential projects for their diverse client base with 95% of work based within zones 1 & 2. You will be joining a small close knit safety department, currently sat at 3 like-minded CDM professionals.
