Do you have experience in care? Can you be available on a full-time basis? If you answered Yes, then this SEN Teaching Assistant role is for you! The Role – SEN Teaching Assistant This SEN Teaching Assistant role will require an empathetic mindset throughout the day. You will be a vital member of the team and will have constant support from the Adults around the school and your SEN inclusion department/SENCO. Children throughout the school may show some challenging behaviour due to their SEN needs but it is the staff's duty to be able to build rapport quickly with students to enable them to fulfil their ever-growing potential.
