Mellors Catering Services is looking for a School Catering Area Support Manager to provide operational cover, staff support, and service continuity across 20 school kitchens in the North East.
Key Duties:- Cover and manage kitchens during staff absence
- Lead teams and ensure service and safety standards
- Train and support catering staff and managers
- Handle audits, paperwork, and stock management
- Build positive client relationships
- Support occasional weekend events (B&I)
