Job Title: RF Test Technician Location: Colchester Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Benefits Permanent | Full-Time Are you an experienced RF Test Technician with hands-on knowledge of RF equipment and IP-based data networks? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and problem-solving are key? We\’re recruiting on behalf of a leading technology manufacturer based in Colchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at the forefront of RF and 5G technologies. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analysers, network analysers, power meters). Interpret circuit diagrams and PCB schematics to test, fault-find and repair to component level. Test and configure systems to meet specific customer requirements. Carry out production testing, generate reports, and ensure results meet internal specifications. Diagnose and repair faulty finished goods. Support test development by building test fixtures and configuring ATS set-ups. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality and resolve issues.
