The Role of Restaurant General Manager As the Restaurant General Manager, you will lead a large restaurant team to deliver exceptional standards, achieve targets, and develop the team to provide excellent customer service. You will understand that the team is key to your success and will develop their skill levels to ensure the achievement of budgeted sales and margins.You will manage and deliver the induction and training of all new catering staff, as well as identify individual needs and actively support learning and development plans.
