Abstract Recruitment is seeking an experienced onsite coordinator to manage a new industrial contract Abstract have recently been awarded. This position will be responsible for assisting the Account Manager with recruiting new employees, managing the hiring process, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires as well as helping with the day to day operation. The ideal candidate will have some experience in the industrial recruitment industry and a passion for helping people; however, this is not necessary as full training will be provided.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Working closely with the Account Manager to ensure smooth running of the contract.
  • Supporting 100 plus workers across the warehouse.
  • Building close relationships with the workers and helping them with any issues they may have.
  • Conducting interviews and managing candidates' experiences.
  • Ensuring that all new hires are properly informed about Abstract Recruitment and its services.
  • Assisting candidates with our onboarding process including preparing resumes, interviewing candidates, and administering drug screenings.
  • Conducting regular reviews with the workers to ensure they are meeting their targets.
