What You’ll Do:
- Source and engage top HR & Ops candidates across the market
- Advise and guide candidates through the full interview process
- Coordinate interviews and manage ongoing client and candidate communication
- Build relationships with clients and generate new business leads
- Conduct references to qualify talent and create opportunities
