Quantity Surveyor – Permanent Role Location: Worsley Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (dependent on experience – open to higher for the right person) Start Date: ASAP Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a new permanent opportunity where you can truly make an impact from day one? We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in groundworks for house building projects – someone who knows the industry, understands the pace, and can hit the ground running without the need for hand-holding. This is a key role within a growing team, based out of our Worsley office, with regular site visits to projects across the region. You’ll be joining a well-established business with a healthy pipeline of residential groundwork schemes covering drainage, roads, foundations, and 278 works.
