Due to continued success, we now require QRS/Retail Auditor to work with global fast-food brands to ensure they are operating to the highest quality. This is an important role in the fight to ensure food safety throughout the UK.ABOUT YOUWe are currently seeking someone who has a background in Food Service or Retail Food to join our global organisation as aQRS/Retail Auditor and join us on a zero-hours, to cover theWest Yorkshire region.Required skills and experience:Experience working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirableIdeally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced teamLevel 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageousLevel 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageousGood working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environmentMathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essentialFull UK Driving licence and own carABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYAs a QRS/Retail Auditor,you will be part of Intertek SAI Global business …
