Responsibilities:
- Handling high-quality, pre-qualified leads and converting them into instructions
- Pitching and presenting to clients, winning new business, and building strong relationships
- Working with the latest CRMs to generate and convert leads effectively
- Ensuring all valuations, listings, and sales processes meet strict compliance standards
- Supporting the growth of the branch with the aim to help build and eventually manage a small team
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service while hitting and exceeding targets
