What You'll be Doing:

  • Prepare weekly reports that summarise the project’s progress, providing a snapshot of the past week’s unified project summary and challenges by collecting information from the team floor in a bilingual manner (English and Japanese).
  • Ad-Hoc Status Reports: Based on the needs, it is expected to gather status and customise core components of weekly status reports to assist decision making.

  • English to mother tongue standard and Japanese fluent (JLPT N1/ N2)
  • Extensive experience of business reporting.
  • Experience in directly assisting and supporting decision making by senior management.
  • Good administrative experience and organisation skills.
