Project Quantity Surveyor £50k to £55k per annum (DOE) + package/benefits Essex Our client, a Principal Contractor specialising in interior/exterior construction and refurbishment of retail premises and commercial property, are looking for Project Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor close to their offices in Essex. There are 4 operating divisions within the company, all offering the turnkey package from design inception to build completion. Our client is looking for somebody who has experience working on smaller, fast tracked fit-out projects circa £250k to £3m in value. Must be able to: Produce accurate cost value reconciliations and profit & loss forecasts. Procure and manage subcontractors effectively. Operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.Must have: Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
