We are working with a Council based in South Wales who are recruiting for a Construction Project Manager to join the Economic Development Directorate. This role is focused on managing the delivery of building maintenance works across the council’s non-domestic estate, from inception through to completion. You’ll be responsible for planning, risk management, tendering, contract supervision, stakeholder management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
