We're looking for a Production Support Technician to join a growing manufacturing business in Portsmouth. This role is ideal for someone with experience in electronic or mechanical assembly who enjoys supporting production and improving processes. You'll be a key link between designs and the production floor, helping to create and manage documents, check parts lists, and support the team in delivering high-quality builds.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain assembly documents to guide production teams
- Input and check Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Ensure configuration control of all documents and packs
- Support changes to designs and communicate with internal teams
- Help production teams improve product yields and solve problems
- Provide feedback on manufacturability to improve future builds
