We are working with an well-established food production company who are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor.The role will be working on their early shift and will be supporting the factory/shift manager. We require a candidate that has experience of managing and overseeing staff, organising daily work patterns and ensuring that the site teams are confident in their daily activities.Shift patterns and team organisation are essential and suitable candidates will be responsible for assisting with daily performance KPI\’s and monitoring both activity and productivity.This is a busy, FMCG environment and Health & Safety must be followed at all times.Role requirements:Supervisory or management experience ideally within a food related industry.Leadership & Organisational skills.IT experience (updating company systems).Working and leading staff by example.A driving license/transport due to the rural site location.A good knowledge of food safety & hygiene regulations.This role is 12 weeks temporary to permanent with on-site parking and a healthy discount on produce after a qualifying period.The salary is based on experience.They offer 40hrs+ per week, along with overtime when required and a weekly bonus.If you feel this role is for you – apply today…
