Our market leading client is seeking a proactive Production Engineer to join their team and work mainly on the introduction of new products into the business and using your experience within PCBA manufacturing. This is a role that requires 50% on the shop floor and the other is desk based looking at all the theoretical side including drawings/diagrams and data analysis.

Production Engineer Responsibilities:
- Support introduction of new products (NPI) into the business
- Interpret a wide variety of customer provided data, determine build process, and provide supporting documentation for manufacturing
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner
- Diagnose problems in production, offer technical solutions and provide recommendations and training
- Collate data for departmental and business KPIs
- Liaising with other internal departments and engineers to develop plans that improve production, reduce costs and increase efficiencies
Desirable Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years working in a PCBA manufacturing environment
